Composites and Thermwoods

Is anybody out there running composites on their model 67 5 axis machines? What is the frequency of having to change bearings, ballnuts, etc...? Is there anything you are doing to minimize the downtime caused from machining composites on these machines?

Matt,

Not all Thermwood owners/operators visit the forums.

You may want to speak with your regional representative or contact Thermwood direct and ask them for references in the composites industry that may be able to provide you with the estimates that you are looking for.
