While I am trying to moving my C - axis at Positive (+ ve ) Direction it's showing an error of " Siemens feed module "
The same at Negative (- ve ) Direction it's showing "Cannot exceed the machine envelope limit".

Even my tool measuring system also not working due to this issue. It's stacking while rotating the C- axis & showing emergency alarm.

Hello Mohammed,
First thing to make sure of is that the axis 4 isnt wrapped all the way around in the positive direction and against the positive stop. Also, make sure that you can turn the gearbox pulley by hand with just a little force. If that is good and it is still faulting the Siemens drive, let us know what the error # is on the drive. You can email us directly at service@thermwood.com and we can get this issue resolved. Thanks

If I may, I would like to point out that these forums are NOT meant for emergencies and serious software and machine service issues. I believe that they are more of a venue for users to help other users.

Thermwood has dedicated phone numbers and support related email addresses that are monitored continually in order to handle the issues that require a timely response.

Yes, Thermwood staff do pop-in to assist, but it the phone lines and emails have their attention...
