George.

I think you should just have one Anti Virus operating on your computer. The computers always come with a trial version of McAfee or Norton. I get rid of those as soon as possible.

I just did
The AVG said my computer is running fine. Why is IT using so much GAS
My computer just is not right
Tuesday my building program shut down lucky I save everything after every wall or floor I put in the design.
I lost all my settings preferences and jump settings It took 4 hours put it all back. The program wants $250.00
a year for support. There is NOT Tech Support Guys all they are is Architects that answer the phone.Every time I pay
for a upgrade .They will give you free supporter for a year and if there is a upgrade in that year you get it free.
I have had it for 8 year's now there has never been a upgrade in a YEAR :fire: :fire: The upgrade I got this year
it came out 1 year and 2 month $500.00 :fire: There support I thing is $32.00 1/2 Hour and they put on hold they will CALL you back :?:

George -- It could be that there's still some Macafee left that's screwing up your system. I use AVG also and have for many years. Do a search for anything that's Macafee and delete the files. Did you do a complete uninstall of Macafee using the Uninstall program???

How about checking the Video drivers and see if they are up to date or even uninstall and reinstall.
