Postby Jason Susnjara » Fri, Feb 10 2012, 10:31AM

It is with great sadness that I report the loss of a Thermwood "family" member and personal friend. Dennis Blackburn passed away due to complications from a recent medical issue.
Please keep Dennis and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Here is a link to the obituary for those of you wishing to sign the guest book or make a donation to his favorite charity.

I'm shocked and saddened by this news. Although Don Jones is my area salesmen I've had the opportunity to work with Dennis on many occasions and always had a pleasurable and professional experience. I will miss hanging out with him at IWF as well. I will be thinking of his family. Forrest

Very sad day. Dennis was a fine, honest man. I lost count of the number of jobs we got as a result of him. He wanted us to be successful with our CNC, long after his job as a salesman was done. He always stopped by for a visit when he was passing through, even though our shop is way out of the way. It was a pleasure knowing him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace, Dennis, we'll miss you.

I can't say any more than what Forrest and Jeremy have already said--Dennis was an all-around great guy that loved life and his career. Along with all that have been fortunate enough to have known Dennis, I will truly miss him!

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
