Software To Automatic Backup

Post by Vince Lisanti »

Hi Guys ,

Finally just purchased an external hard drive to start backing up to and I am wondering if anyone has any reccomendations for auto backup software.
I was about to sign on to one of the offsite servers, but I read to many horror stories about people trying to recover there files and them not being there for various reasons.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

Vince,

I have McAfee antivirus software and it has a back up and restore that I use. I have it set to back up to an external drive. Western Digital has a small drive that only needs power through the usb. I think it is called "My Passport Essential." It has a 500gb capacity down to 250gb. This has worked for us very well.
