Oppion on Soss Hinges

Post by Gary Puckett »

Has anyone used a Soss Hinge before and what are your thoughts on it. Did you use the jig offered by Rockler? How difficult was it to install and are they a reliable hinge?

Thanks

I've been reluctant to try them because of the lack of adjustment.

Thanks Rick I didn't stop and think about that.

That TV cabinet I am working on with the fake drawers on the front, well I wanted to put the same fake drawers on the back but make them doors so you had access to the lift unit. In order to do that the frame styles and the door styles must be only 1" wide so I thought about a Soss hinge, but you raise a good precaution.

This little job is becoming a big head ace

Thanks
