I got overcuts on the last entities ruining the parts that were cut.

Josh,

I've taken a look at your dxf file and see that there are several acute angles which will cause tool comp to travel out in extreme to round that corner. In order to avoid the comp issue your seeing, you will need to go to all the acute corners and apply a very small radius (ie: .005" or similar).
