Hello ,
We recently purchased a used 2007 CS 45 that is running version 6 of the super control software. We are considering upgrading to version 7 primarily to be able to run the quickcut program on the machine. The cost of the software upgrade is $1425.00. I would like to know if anybody could advise me if they have upgraded to version 7 & if they thought it was worth doing? Or should we upgrade to version 8. I think this would require a hardware upgrade.

Maybe my question was a little too vague 
I guess what I would like to know is what are the useable advantages of version 7 over 6 & 8 over 7.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
