Maintenance Codes

Post by Brett Wiley »

Good Morning All,
I have a quick question. The CNC I operate just pop the maintenance required alert. That doesnt raise any red flags for me, but when i look to see what it is, i get a little confused. Its a C40.

Ive never seen these before, It could be a yearly thing, i have under a year of time on this machine. The codes are as follows;

6@I
E0@I
AI@I
PAL@I
UPAI@I

What letter is after the @ symbol. Im assuming its an upper case i. Also theres some pronunciation marks above the A's as well.

Are these alerts to lube those areas? Thank you in advance.

Brett,

It would probably be best to call or email the Thermwood Service Department with this question.
