Odd KD on Flip Opps

Post by JohnLashuay »

This just started happening since I uploaded CN 5-59a. On the back side of every sheet that has flip ops, a random KD hole is cut. Not sure why.
I am attaching the export file and cnc file. Any more info, please let me know.

Your export file does not have the same twd file loaded that created the CNC file. Please email me the twd file and the job file from ecabinets to program@thermwood.com. Also, if you are using the newer version of ecabinets, v6.0 build 8, you will need to download the 5.59 patch from the website.

Daniel, I looked at the latest CN update (CN5-70) and it looks like it addresses the issue we were having. I'll load it and let you know if the problem still persists.

John, we found the same problem - had a custom cut out job for a customer and was just fixing to recut a piece that had a random dado cut on the wrong side of a top. Just downloaded CN 5.70 to install to fix the error. Talk about timely! Glad I read the forum first thing this morning. Glad to know you're cutting parts!
