Password prompt on control unit

Post by Michael Hall »

Hi, new here and working with a new Thermwood router over the last week.

A few days ago I tried to set up a wireless adapter to the control unit so that I could remotely send files from my office PC to the router, and to allow technical help if needed.

When running the setup CD, a prompt came up asking for a Thermwood Technician password. The only password I'm aware of is the generic one I was told about during the router installation. I tried it, lowercase and uppercase, and it didn't go through. Tried it blank, nothing.

Anyone seen this before and have any suggestions?
