issue with Applyed Carvings

Go to Rental Programs and select The Applied carving RP-FR-PL0005 scale to 150% on X ,150% 0n Scale to .8125 on Z .The new size says X 4.5,Y9 when the part cuts it comes out 3 1/2 X ,7 Y??? Not only that but in eCabinets lets say I was a customer that has ecabinets but no machine and was wanting someone to cut this part for me that had a machine if you bring up the same part in eCabinets and select scale object you can see that the part is not the same size as it shows up at the machine. so when they size the part and request a sirtin size there is no way of knowing what it will actually be until it is cut. Or maybe I am doing something Wrong Any help would be greatly Thankful
