Re: pocket operation failer but cleanup suceeded
Will,
It depends. It may happen if, according to the calculations, the pocketed area is too small for an actual "pocketing" material removal operation - but large enough for the "Clean-Up" pass. I believe that this can be affected by the available tooling for pocketing operations, "Clean Up Amount" and possibly the "Step-Over Percentage".
Are you getting this message, yet having material remain in the middle of the pocketed area after the clean-up pass?

Re: pocket operation failer but cleanup suceeded
I have looked at Wills files and found the issue. THere were some arcs that were not tangent causing calculation errors. I have corrected the files and sent them back to Will.
