Changing X axis Ballnut bearing

Hey everyone

I need to change the X Axis Ballnut bearing on my CNC, im going to change both side at the same time. Are there videos or instructions on how to change them online? Also, how long do these bearing last? i changed 1 side under warranty, and the other is factory. We have had the machine for almost 7 years running and average of 15 hours a week. Just wondering if thats good or bad that they need changed.
