plywood not cleaning up on blind dado's
i am having an issue with the 1/2" pre finished maple plywood i am running on my CS45. attached are a couple pictures of the problem. To start, all of my tools are new, and sharp, and correlate properly to the tool diameter settings. what it does is run a 1/4" compression bit to the top side of the dado, then when the outline cutter (3/8" compression) comes around, it leaves the little bit of skin that you see in the picture, i am trying to figure out a way to get rid of that skin, without having to do it manually and suck up labor. any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you!

Set up a larger tool to do dados and you can even choose a single pass cut when it machines the tenons to thickness.
