CN v6.11 manual nest crash

Post by Joe Soto »

Any time I manually nest and end up with an empty sheet THM crashes when I write cnc. Pop up says empty sheets will be removed and sheets renumbered. Screen grays out and after a few minutes says software has stopped and must be restarted.
As long as I leave one part on every sheet it writes correctly.

Can confirm. Often when manually nesting, I will cut a part from the last sheet and try to paste it into a previous sheet. After navigating to the previous sheet, I can't paste the part. It seems intermittent, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I see the same thing with the empty sheet. I'll pass the information along to the software engineers. Hopefully will have it corrected for next release.

I haven't come across an issue specifically like this, but was seeing some odd scenarios after creating a sheet and scrolling through the sheets. Now I can't get that to reproduce. This is on my desktop PC, only thing I can think is that an update to my graphics card driver corrected the issue. Let me know if you can get the issue to be consistent.

The empty sheet with a crash issue should be corrected with today's release of Control Nesting.
