I am using a Busch 15HP pump. About a year ago I started using a wasteboard. It does hold the parts better. I have a 5 X 8 table. I thinned down some wood glue and brushed it on the edges and 6\" of the surface on each side(to seal from vacuum leakage). I tack on a 4 x 8 mdf wasteboard. Recently, I had to cut some 1\" MDF. Just for kicks, I layed a 2' x 2' pc. of Melamine on top of the 1' MDF. I think the vacuum held even stronger through all of this(3/4\"+1/4\"+ 1\"). Incredible holding power.

Jason,
I see a new version of Rolling Nest is out and I do not see the change for flip ops on wasteboards listed. Was it included? If not then could you please direct me to the \"official\" complaint form??
(After all, you promised!!!!)
