I'm having problems with a couple pockets that are right up too and exceed the outline of the part. The machine cuts them approximately twice as far outside the outline and takes multiple passes at each dado sometimes not removing any material at all. Any ideas? I'm using 5.12 of rolling nest and see from version history that 5.10 had a problem with this. Attached is the part file.

Hi Ryan,
The update did fix the large pocket on this file. Thank you. But I'm getting an error on the outline cut \"While Radius compensation is on, an arc to line intercept calculation failed\". I can eliminate this error by nesting in the Y direction. I usually nest a sheet of these.
Thanks,
Fred

Fred,
I assume your using dxf files for nesting? Typically this error would be due to the geometry and how it's drawn in dxf file. If you could please send me a copy, I'd be glad to look into situation and take furhter steps if needed. You can email to program@thermwood.com attn of: Ryan
