MDF Doors

Post by Brian Shannon »

I've made MDF Doors in Profile Modeler. Now I have a need for a quick door. I bought a Whiteside 3750 bit. How do I make the router make two passes in a conventional direction so the cut is cleaner than just a single pass? Do I just make my tool dia. in tooling setup a little smaller than it is in eCab .tol ?
