AFL search code

Post by Marius Gouws »

Good morning
Damm website, this is the second time I write this message, keeps on logging me out, and when I hit submit takes me to loggin screen.
Want to know if you can code in AFL to open a .txt or .cnc file and search for a target string like \"Locate MDF\" and have the program return how many times it has find it. I know how to do it in VB but the find command does not work with AFL.
Thank you very much

The AFL language does allow for a search for an occurance of a string inside of another string. This is easily done using the INSTR command. If you need any assistance on this, our custom programming department will send you a quote on programming this  .
