The spindle is not wanting to release my tool holders. It seems like it is only partially opening up, not enough to release the tool. Has anyone seen this before.
The spindle is only about three months old, everything worked fine up untill this point.
Any info or something that may be causing this?

Hello Zach, It sounds like the toolholder taper is just sticking in the router. The first thing is to make sure the main air regulator is set to 100 psi. Then, you may need another person to help. Try to press the \"green\" tool release button and hold it in while someone taps the side of the toolholder to \"shock\" it. It should pop out. After you get it out, you probably need to clean the toolholder tapers, and the taper inside the spindle, with some scotch brite. Don't use any kind of lubricant on these as it can attract dust and etc. causing the problem to be worse. If you still can't get it out, give me a call and we will get the problem resolved. Thanks
