Ian,
The best thing to do is run some test cuts. Start slow and work your way up. I would start the RPM's out around 18000. Then set your feedrate to 100 IPM. And run a striaght line pass through your material. Make a note of cut quality on both sides of the cut. Next shift the program over an inch and run the same pass the same direction at 200 IPM. And keep steppping up the feedrate. I would not go over 700 IPM. But if you think you can go faster without sacrificing cut quality, go for it. There is not really an exact science to this. It is mostly trial and error!
