Virtual Service?

Postby Terry Davis » Thu, Nov 08 2007, 6:27PM

We are prepping for the arrival of the cs45-510 and one of the items on the prep sheet says we need a phone line to the machine location for virtual service. We are running a cat5 from our office to the machine location to send files to the machine, can the cs45 connect to virtual service through the same cat5 to our cable internet instead of running a phone line?

Sorry for the delay in response.

You will have to have a seperate Analog phone connection, similar to that used by a fax machine. It will not work if it's a digital connection.

I hope this helps.
