Lock Miters
We are thinking of using lock miters for some table pedestals and wanted to know if anyone has any advice, bit recommendations, or other thoughts on using the Thermwood to cut the lock miters. Thanks.

Re: Lock Miters
We have several different Amana bits, including the 45° lock mitre bit. We've made jigs to hold the materials and have had very satisfactory results.
If you have any specific questions just let me know
Mark
BTW - be sure to slow down your spindle speed and check for manufacture recommendations for larger bit like that.

thanks,

Re: Lock Miters
Hi Michael...
I did check my computer, but I don't have any photos showing the jigs on here. I'll try to get a couple shots over the weekend and post them.
All my jigs were designed in ecabinets and cut on the router.
