eCabinet software
3 weeks ago I filled up an application form from the official site of Thermwood to be able and get the eCabinet software.
Till today nothing came from these people.
Is there something to do more in order to get this soft??

I think because you live in Greece, may be the reason for the slow delivery. I will check our people here to see if our european dealer can help you out. Sorry for the delay.

Thank you so much for your kind and imediate attention. Today I received an email with a registration code together with a text saying:
Below is your new Registration Code(s) for eCabinet Systems. Please retain this Registration Code for future reference. You will need it to fully activate and install eCabinet Systems (by copying and pasting the code into the software at the prompt).
Now could you please guide me to the next steps? Do I have to go to a link and activate something?
Sorry for the inconvenience but I am not so experienced in doing things like that

Ioanna,
Right now you will need to wait until you receive the Ecabinets Version 5.0 or Version 5.1 CD. At that point you will install the software. You will need to enter the registration code you just received to complete the installation. I am still in the process of locating the correct person to get you a disk. I will find out today and get the disk to you ASAP. Again, we are sorry for the delay.

I understand that you have spoken with Jason, and that he has taken care of having our European dealer send you a disk. If you need further assistance for installation, when you receive the disk, give us a call and we can help you out. Thanks!

I am sorry to come back and ask for your help, as there are nearly 4 months since I first asked for the
eCabinet software, but nothing happened till now!!
I am afraid something went wrong - I have no idea what exactly.

FYI. I have contacted our Dealer in the UK. He has not responded yet, but I have ask him to confirm the status of your shipment. I will keep you posted.
