Pop up pins

Post by MarcoKnjaschewitsch »

Ok So i have profile modeler doing what i want in the right area(Thankyou Thermwood!!!!) Now i do not want to do a perimiter cut but my locater pins do not pop up and i forgot the manual way to raise them... Is this also going to be acurate enough???? i need it to use my locater pins as we cut panel beforehand to size so i need to just put my V-Grooves in..

Marco,

I think I understand what you are asking here.

If you write the program from Profile Modeler, you will have to add a couple of lines of code at the begining of your program.

M61L8 (popup pin output on. IF OP8 is the correct OP. Check your schematics)
M00 (press start to continue)
M62L8 (Popup pin output off)

I hope this helps,
Pete Riddle

Well when you run the v-groove can it be done in one run down the board or will it always do a finishing pass??
