Hello,
There are two ways to correct this problem. If you have a dial indicator and Magnetic base you can attach it the the router head on the plates or on the spindle anywhere that allows your indiactor to reach all the way across the front of the table from left to right. If you look under the front corners of the table skirt there will be numbers printed on a labels. One will be .000" and the other will be whatever nuber that was recorded after the bridge was squared at the factory. You will need to load the indicator to the front of the table skirt and set it to 0 on the side that reads .000". Then, move the y axis across the front of the table, slowly to the other side about .5" from the end. Whatever # is printed on the label, on that side will be exactly what the indicator needs to read to be square. To adjust the bridge squareness, there are 4 bolts on each side of the bridge, that mounts it down to the gantry legs. You will need to loosen the bolts enough to allow the bridge to be moved to achieve squareness. There are tapped holes on the front and rear edges of the bridge mounting feet that you can use "push bolts" that allow you to slowly and accurately adjust the bridge fowrward or backward on either side. If you do not have a dial indicator, you can cut a square out of a piece of wood and measure across the corners. You will be able to see which side is too far forward, and then you adjust it accordingly. The larger the square you can cut the more accurate the squareness will be. If you need further assistance you can call in the the service dept. and we can assist you. 1-800-221-3865
