Looking to outsource boxes in California

Post by Don Nichelson »

I have a small cabinetshop in central california and was looking into outsourcing all sheet goods. I am an eCabinets user and would like to know the costs of doing this and if someone near me would be able to do this for me. My direct email is nccabinets@gmail.com Thank you.

Hi Don,

I don't know if you have been to the Production Sharing section of the Thermwood/eCabinet Systems website but here it is.

http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ecab_new ... ration.htm

Once you click on the link above, you can then click on the state of CA. There you will find a number of machine owners that are part of Production Sharing. You can also click on the users and that will give you a list of what they offer and their contact info.

I don't see any shops in northern/central California. If there is no shops listed that are close to me does that mean they do not exist or that they are not registered on the website?

Don, My name is Greg Cannon. My shop is in Upland, CA (southern CA).
Our business model is specifically based on the Thermwood Production Sharing model. We currently cut for shops doing business as far north as Bakersfield and the SF Bay area.
We can accept your drawings via email or web and ship flat (unassembled) to your destination. You can send sheet that you hand select or we can supply from local vendors.
As volumes warrant, we can discuss delivering and swapping small box trailers, swapping sheet goods for cut parts.

Feel free to call me at (877)WeCNCWood or visit us at http://www.WeCNCWood.com.
