I have been experiencing some problems when cutting melamine panels. I am using a 1/2\" compressing spiral and while the cutter is ramping the up-cut on the bit is chipping the melamine.
I was wondering what everyone else was doing about this. I thought about not ramping and just plunging into the cut, could someone tell me what the setting should be in rolling nest to stop the ramping or any other suggestions that help.
Thanks
