Auto Lifter

Post by Thom Davies »

Hey how you all going?

We got a CS40 and are designing a auto lifter for it, Just wanted to hear from any1 who has done this and how its working for you and if you ran into any probs, we thinking of having 3 packs behind each other and by pressing which ever button it goes to that pack of board to pick it up. Also putting a pipe on the back side of the therm with a groove to suck more dust out of the cuts. So hopfully thinking that we can get a program writen that goes in between each sheet code so it travels to 0,0 then back home with the hood sucking up the left over dust. And the 3rd idea we have is an arm that pushes the cut bits off on to the table.

Hope this all makes sence!

Please any ideas or anything please post it!

Cheers
