Groovey

Post by Thom Davies »

Hey how's it going?

I have this cabinet here and it has grooves on the top and the deck. In ecab nest the grooves show up but down at the RN it doesn't show up.
RN is 4.91

Thanks

Thom Davies.

Hi Thom,

Because you have part editor cuts on this cabinet, the software is wanting to pocket the dados out. Also your dados or cuts are about 7 to 8mm right? I have added a pic to show what to change. You will need to change the tool diameter for the Pocket Tool Setup to a tool that is smaller than the cuts that you made. I then nested the parts again and the dados show up which is the other image. Hope this makes sense. I am getting ready to look at your flip op prob.

thanks,
