how do i add a raised panel end cap next to the refridgerater?

Hey Greg, in \"place items\" you can add a door as an end panel.

While in the place item mode also you can double click on the cabinet and s,j,c (adjust cabinet end) dialog will pop up and allow the addition of a door with insets if needed. Negative insets (as always) will adjust outward from the cabinet.
Although adding them as display items will probably give you the best results. The software does not support multipanel doors yet.
