eCabinet v5. Can someone please email the software to me.

Post by Allan Pippard »

Recently replaced my pc.
Need to use eCabinet software urgently but cannot find the software disc.
Found my v4.0 disc but no longer works.
Can anyone out there email the v5 software to me by zip file?

Many thanks.

I don't think you will be able to receive this via email--it is almost a full CD.

I think your best bet would be to call Thermwood ASAP and see if they might accomodate you with some sort of overnight mailing -- perhaps they could get it out tomorrow. Otherwise, you'd have to wait until Monday to even SPEAK to someone.

They close in about a little over an hour...good luck!

Can cd be split into two or more smaller zip files?

Thanks for your reply to post.

I am assuming that my hotmail account has enough capacity to receive the files and my broadband connection will be able to cope.

Have contacted Thermwood to see if they can provide a download link for this software direct from their site but have not received a reply.

Is anybody able to give the email route a try for me.

This is not possible. There are no download links to the software. You are going about this the wrong way. You need to call support. 1-800-533-6901. Even though Thermwood gives eCabinets away for free, does not mean that current eCabinets members are able to do the same and asking another member to do so is considered bad. Sorry.

Would appear that I have just been admonished!

I am already a member and just need a quick solution to replace the software I had, but have since mislaid.

Can't see why a member is not allowed to copy the software to a fellow member.

Sorry to be a pain.

You need to read Thermwood's response above:
Even though Thermwood gives eCabinets away for free, does not mean that current eCabinets members are able to do the same and asking another member to do so is considered bad. Sorry.
Doing something like this can get your membership revoked!!!

I tought someone could borrow someone else CD. Would downloading be the same? Since the registration code identifies the user...
Just wondering...?

Jean,

Originally, that was my way of thinking too. Just goes to show what I know!

Justin @ Thermwood is gonna send replacement to me. Shame I need to wait up to 14 days for delivery, or pay for overnight/2 day service.

Never mind. Should have looked after the original cd. My fault.

Sincere thanks to one and all.
