Absolutely crazy.
I remember one winter when I was oh, about, um, nevermind, it was 25 years ago....but, returning to school in WI after Christmas break, somewhere near the IL/WI state line we ran into roads like that. One lane wide, higher than the roof of the car. My father took one look at it and said \"HELL no\".

Hey Dan, so true! If the weatherman even suggests to possibility of flurries in GA, 2 things will happen garaunteed. You can't find milk or bread at the store, and nobodies going to work tomarrow. If it actually does snow, 2 more things happen. you will see an accident at every bridge & overpass, and other than the wrecks, there won't be a single car on I75, I85, or I20.
