Pricing Conestoga Doors

Pricing Conestoga Doors

Pricing a CRP-10 door in oak

1st entry
Description reads
23”H x 15 ¾”W (Hinge side: Left)
\\Doors\\Saved\\Conestoga\\standard\\CRP-
10 (Species=red oak) (Finish= Red Oak) $34.85

2nd entry
Description reads
23”H x 15 ¾”W (Hinge side: Left)
\\Doors\\Saved\\Conestoga\\standard\\CRP-
10 (Species=red oak) $36.71

My question is, are finished doors cheaper then unfinished doors
like the software is pricing them out.

Thanks, Perry Pravettone

Perry...

I would venture to guess the software is pricing is incorrect. With conestoga's pricing structure, there is no way an unfinished door would price out less then a door with a finish.

The question is - what is the \"red oak\" finish. As far as I'm aware there is no \"red oak\" finish in conestoga's program. Unless it's referring to a natural finish on red oak. If that's the case, I can pretty much guarantee the \"finished\" door price is incorrect.

Hello Perry,

I tried to add the doors like you had stated and was unable to get the price you did on your second entry. When you do a finished door you have to pick a finish from the menu. The Red Oak is not a finish, so it won't add a finish cost to it. Could you email me step by step what you did, so I can see if there is a bug on our side.

Thank You Perry

Eric,

I’m just ordering doors thru the shopping cart, when I click on purchase doors finished there’s no option for colors to choose from. Then I just start putting in door sizes as noted above in description. Eric feel free to call me if this didn’t help you.

Well as usual operator error. I didn’t click on the Oak picture to change the finish to a Natural Oak 40 sheen.
Thanks to Eric for pointing that out for me.
