Perry,
Is this happening when you load up the software?

Sounds like your HTML directory is missing some files. Can you check in your ecabinets directory and look to see if you have Html\\animated_ecab_greeting.htm file? If the file is missing, you might have to repair the ecabinets setup and rerun the 5.1 b3 patch. If the file is there, then you might have web browser problems.

Hi Rick, I couldn’t find the file, that don’t mean its not there. I’m not real
good at doing things like that. I did rerun b3 before posting and that didn’t help.
So are saying to run V5 CD again first than b3? Will my existing reg. code still work. I’m not having any problems in my browser other than the forum a little slower than usual to load.

Thanks, Perry

ok. First try this. go to you web browser and enter
\"C:\\Program Files\\Thermwood\\eCabinet Systems\\html\\animated_ecab_greeting.htm\" in the address bar. It should look like the jgp below. If it dont, you need to uninstall and reinstall the patch b3. This file is not in the orginial install. It was installed with the patch.

Sorry to keep bothering you. I uninstall and reinstall the patch b3 twice today and copy and pasted your link. Negative results

Thanks, Perry

Ok. i looked a little more into it. If I delete my page, I get a error message when loading ecabinets. You do not. So, I checked my internet settings. After disabling a couple multimedia options, I was able to get the same results as you. So, could you please check you IE settings. Open IE, got to Tools->Options, click on advanced tab, scroll down to Multimedia. Play animations in webpages and Show Pictures should be checked.
