Post by Jeff Christenson »

This is an image of the kitchen I am currently bidding. I do several jobs like this each year.

Looks like a nice project. If I could suggest one thing, maybe change the size of your slide in range so that is does not stick up so far above the counter tops. :D

Keep up the good work.

Damon, I am not sure why those ranges are so tall. Sometimes I do shorten the thing but quite often I forget to because I am soo busy adjusting the lighting, which is a pain to me. Thanks for replying to my post. I hope to get this one for December work!

Here is another job for next spring, notice the range is too high again.

Hey Jeff, I was curios on how you created the raised floor with the curved front? is this a display cube? Mark

Jeff,

I try to either measure the customers existing range if they are keeping their old one or get the model number of a new range and use the size specs for it to re-size the range 3D model in a drawing. This gives them (and me) a very good idea of what the range will look like when placed in the cabinets.
