Mark,
I think I may have this file somewhere for .75\" material as a MasterCam 9 file. If you want it, I could convert it to a dwg file. Let me know.

There is a problem with the radius comp. Seems like I turned the radius comp off somewhere in the program and got them to cut, but waisted some material before I got them correct. It was a head ache
If anyone has the program without the bugs, it would be nice to have. My mother in law said these particular deers have a really nice rack.

Here are both 1/2 and 3/4 as .dxf files. They are set up to be cut out using control nesting with a .375 bit. I have tried the 1/2 and it works fine. The other I haven't tried but is really the same with the tool path offset. Funny story, I made 1 set for my boys and another I gave to the local Rotary Club for their yearly radio auction to raise money for needy kids. About an hour after they sold I got a call, something about flying reindeer and deer hit by a car and could I fix it?!! Seems they hauled them standing up on the back of a pickup. The tall one caught some air and blew off landing in the road and was run over by a car. Actually it held up really well, broke one antler and its neck and had some road rash on the legs. When they picked up the new one at the shop I slipped him apart, they were amazed and said \"Oh, they come apart!\" and put him in the back seat.

My youngest, Joseph with his new deers...won't be long before that turns to \"dears\"!
I've also included a zipped file which contains the parts required in .esj format...simply unzipped to a folder under you assemblies, then add the required quanities of each piece to your batch file and send to the router. This is for 3/4\" material.
FYI - if you set your material to rotate to 10° nest in Y and cut to the edge of the sheet - you can get two deers with two sets of antlers out of one 4 x 8 sheet.
Thanks to all!
