simple question: moving the axis points
Ok I know this is a simple question that I would have been able to do no problem before but it has been awhile since I have used e-cab. Ok so I need to either move the axis cross hairs around the page or move the cabinet away from the axis. How do I do that? Thanks for your help.
Re: simple question: moving the axis points
Jonathan,
There are a couple of ways to do this.
First, you can select the Cabinet by double clicking, then Hold the shift key down while using your Left & right cursor keys. Note: Set the "move increment" in the left hand pane. This will be the distance you move each time you press the cursor key.
Second, select the cabinet by double clicking, then hold the "CTRL" and the right mouse button at the same time. Drag you mouse and the cabinet should move.
Hopefully this help.

Jonathan,
If it is the Target that you want to move,
Press the Ctrl plus the T keys on your keyboard to select the target then press the Ctrl key plus the right mouse button and drag the target around.

Re: simple question: moving the axis points
ok that was half of what I wanted to do. The other thing is moving the cabinet off of the center lines. Is that possible?

Jonathan,
That is what Todd is doing in his post.
Highlight the cabinet by double clicking on it then hold the shift key and use the arrow keys to move the cabinet.
Or highligh the cabinet and use the Ctrl key and the right mouse button to move the cabinet.
