Finished job

Postby Michael Rice » Thu, Jul 10 2008, 11:30AM

This a job I finished a month ago. The room was formerly an octaganal screened porch that we converted into a home office. After I finished the cabinets, the owner decided that he needed a small writing table. The most interesting part of the job is that all of the books you see on the shelves are antique bibles. The owner collects them as a hobby. This is only about half of his collection. Many of these bibles are from the 1700's with several from the 1600's. They are in many languages and some are incredibly illustrated, and some have beautiful hand tooling in the leather covers. I hope everyone is doing well and that business in your area is better than it is here in Ga.
