Writing a proposal

So as not to hijack Kerry's Proposal Writer thread, I started this one.

Kerry I like the look of your proposal you posted, but like Neville said, are you concerned your customers will take your dimensioned drawings to the other guy and get him to bid on your hard work.

I provide a rendering with my proposals with the promise of detailed line drawings at the time of signing the contract and collecting the deposit.

Curious as to others approach to this.
