Finally had surgery for my back yesterday and everything went great. I'm not allowed to lift more than 15 pounds for 12 weeks but I will be able to drive and such in three weeks (after the drugs wear off ). Should be getting back into the fold soon (if the fold hasn't gone bankrupt first ).

Cheers to everyone.
Sit back and relax for a while and you will recoop quicker. Meanwhile you can answer all the tough questions on the forum!!!! LOL.
Glad to hear you finally had that surgery,it has been along time coming.I am glad you had this family forum to help out with the pain and restlessness. When your drugs wear off, that will give you time to spend on E-Cab World.
Fast Recovery and enjoy that physical therapy,
Scot
Great to hear your surgery went well. Take everyone's advice here and REST (while you can). And do what they tell you to do in Physical Therapy! I just got done with 8 weeks PT/recovery from microfracture surgery on my left knee. 4 weeks on crutches, followed by 4 weeks of limited use. I always felt better the day after I gave the PT everything I had.
Hang in there and get well soon. My family is praying for your recovery.
Congrats Dan! Heal fast. That 15 lb. limit should still serve you well for the upcoming holiday meals, but I recommend bringing a scale to the dinner table just to play it safe
