We have tried the new Assembly marks and are excited. Now we can employ drug addicts and alcoholics.
Just joking guys.
We did notice on the 100% Dado that the marks are on the board face and not hidden. Also on the 100% cut-out it used a combination upsheer/downsheer thus the melamine was chipped. Can you specify what cutter it uses for this operation which would be a down sheer.
Just a suggestion on the dado,if you go for example 50% dado it moves that from the top or bottom edge according to your request.Could this not also be centred. This would be ideal if your router bit is chipping the melamine as it would be fully covered.
Maybe others have a few suggestions for improving things.
Regards
Neville
