Re: Panel Saw home made
Hi Brian
I am cutting out the 3 of them today
I am going to design a table one for saw and router it will be like a big mitter box. Be about 4' by 4'
I have had this Saw Buck for 20 year's $ 800.00 New.the boy's will not us it I used it then for all the soffitt and siding we did then.
Maybe build it something like that
Are there any suggestions that anyone has that could help me with the table panel saw let me know.
I am going to play with it tonight

George,
I have a Her-Saf Panel Router. Let me know if you need any pictures for reference or have any questions about how they did something.

Re: Panel Saw home made
George,
Your Panel Saw design looks great. A couple of years back I decided I needed one so I built this one. This would give everyone a good laugh but it has served me well. It is very high tech. The Skil worm drive is counter-balanced with a cinder block. Nothing but the best in my shop.
Post pictures when you get your router built.

That's cool Kerry
After I saw your I started plying around with the new design for the router to get a 45
The pipes are 6' now it looks like they have to be 80 " long to get the 45
