need shower Bases

Post by Gary Puckett »

Does anyone know of a site that has shower bases that can be used in eCabinets ?

I am just starting to design a bathroom remodel and the client wants to move the exsisting shower stall to another wall.

There is a tub/shower stall in Sample_HSFs if that would work or you could easily make one from a display cube.

Dan,

Yes it can be made, but it also has to be able to be purchased. Also the cost of the base has to be resonable. I'm sure anything custom would be pricey. The area where the base is going to try to go has a 45 degree short wall in the upper right hand corner.

Don't worry about the purchase price for your layout design, just make it to show the customer. There are plenty of options in every price range when it comes to purchasing the actual unit.

You can find a bunch on Home Depot's website to get prices and dimensions. They range from about $265 to $500.

Try the Kohler website. They have DXF and DWG files of all their products available for download.

Here is a DXF of just one of their corner showers:

Here is one I made about 6 m ago
It is 4 pices drain, floor tile, grout and pan can be changed.
I set it up for 42 x 6 x 42 Pan
I put a 5/8" pitch to the drain (so if you put water into the pan it will run to the center make sure you have a pail with you  )
