Maintenance Groups Missing

Post by Keith Neal »

Had a little downtime today and went to see what routine maintenance was scheduled for our cnc in the supercontrol and usual groups (lubrications & drains, ect.) were missing. The cycle times were all at 0.0.I check his schedule daily so this is a new occurance. Is there any way to restore this? This comes in handy as I tend to get (guilty)neglectful when we are extremely busy.-Keith

Mine did that with the last update. It screwed up one of the files. I forget now which one but if you call THM they can tell you which one you need to erase and your maintenance will start working again.

Hi Keith. Not sure if anyone got back to you on this, but before deleting these files, try shutting THM down and restarting.
If that doesn't take care of it, the files to delete are (these are all under c:\system): mclock.bin | mclock.bak | plchist.thm
Before these are deleted, be sure that THM is shut down. Once they are deleted, reload THM and the maintenance groups will recompile.
