George,
Your cabinet stirred my interest, so I downloaded to see what you had.

I've attached your cabinet, but I modified it.

First, you had associated all of the display panels and the lazy suzan, so I believe it was unnecessary to save it as an assy. I believe there was a previous posting by Dan Epps that advised that Saving as an Assembly was only necessary if you had multiple cabinets. I find that to be true.

The second reason to save as a cabinet rather than as an assembly is that the cabinet will react correctly when you try to place it in the room. With that in mind, this cabinet does not install correctly and additional cabinets will not snap to it. So I deleted the panel, reinstalled it behind the cabinet, and associated the display panel to the cabinet. It then does install correctly. The display panel is hidden and on the cut list. And cabinets will snap to this cabinet.

Also, I flipped the lazy suzan vertically.

So if you intend to show this cabinet in a room, save it as a cabinet rather than an assembly. Life should be good after that.

Other than that, the real cabinetmakers will have to tell you if this is soundly constructed or not. Looks good to me, but I only build in the graphic world.
