end panels
I'm trying to place a end panel on a pantry cabinet side. I know how to do it from custom layout, but I don't just want a single raise panel on the cabinet. I want to place four raise panels on this cabinet. I tried creating a cabinet the same size of the end panel that I need and placing double doors on it. When I remove all the parts but the doors my cabinet disappears. Can someone please help

Re: end panels
Patrick,
Open your cabinet in the cabinet editor, then select a raise panel door, size it to what you need it to be then place them on the end panel. If it is just for presentation purposes you can over lap the rails and styles of the doors to create the look of one panel that may have four raise panels on it. Once you are done it will look like one panel
Be sure to associate the doors to the cabinet.

Re: end panels
With the cabinet in the Cabinet Editor, click the Load Item icon (folder on lower menu bar). On the displayed dialog, click the Doors/Drawers radio button on the left side. Enter the size and click the Select Door button. Pick the door you want to use and manually move it into position. You can copy and paste that door as needed but you will have to add another if the size is different.

Re: end panels
Here is another question. How do you actually make a raised panel or a double panel door that will actually show up on the cut list? I understand how to do what the video tutorial shows for presentation purposes but actually doing it is another story. So, eCab experts, how do we accomplish this?

Re: end panels
Patrick, this is an assembly of two cabs. The first cab is a standard tall, the other is with all the parts removed except the back and fixed shelf. The back material is 1/32" thick called DNC Thin (Do Not Cut). The shelf is DNC. The cab depth is 1/16". The shelf is needed to give separation for the doors. This item is fully re-sizable, and shows correctly on the cut list.
John, we have been crying for that for a while now.

If you manually add doors as end panels and select "Build Inhouse", they will be on the cutlist.John J. Desmond wrote:Here is another question. Re: end panels
I just added another video showing how to use a door as an end panel. You can find it at eCabWorld Training Videos.
