Base Cabinet Places off of Floor

Post by Nat Wheatley »

When I place this cabinet, it's ending up too far off of the floor. It will have leg levelers, so it should be 110mm of the floor, but it's ending up higher than that when placed. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Did you check the settings /preference tab. Then click Define Standard Dim. Check to see where your base cabinets are set at

Just checked that, and I do have the setting for base cabinets at 0" off of floor. My other cabinets are placing ok, not sure what's going on with this one.

Nat,

I think your levellers are screwed out too far! :joker:

No, seriously, I took your cabinet and changed the toe height to 0, saved the cabinet and opened it again, then changed
the height back to 110mm. It then placed at the correct height. (It originally installed at 220mm)

Hope this helps

I have experienced a similar problem. When I place cabinets in plan view they will end up the proper height from the floor. However in wall view, they'll be too high. Since I usually place things in wall view, I had to change my dimension to -100mm, so it would end up in the right place. Seems to be consistent, so I threw my hands up and kept moving.
