Registration irritation

Post by Nick M Singer »

Made the mistake of changing the name of my computer for network reasons and now eCabs wont work and requires re-registration. So I changed the name back to what it was, but no go it still requires re-registration. BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Of course the online code generator says I have exceeded my limit for codes on that particular email address so I re-registered on the system which says it will take about 3 days to process. AAAAARRG and work stands stil!!! Surely Thermwood would save a lot of trouble if the system would allow you to at least put the PC back to its original name?

OK I give up Kerry! Where do we get this reset utility? This will teach me to work on my PC early on a Sunday morning!

Hi Nick,

I have had other members who have changed their pc name and back and still get eCabinets to work. I will send you a PM for a new reg code. Send me a PM and let me know what your PC name is.

thanks,
